Appeal after teen moped rider is seriously injured near Bude

We are appealing for information after a teenage moped rider was seriously injured in a collision on the A3072 near Bude.

Emergency services were called to a stretch of the road in the Red Post area at around 11.55pm on Friday 29 May.

The 16-year-old male rider of the moped was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Officers from the Force’s Roads Policing Team are investigating the circumstances of the collision.

They would like to hear from anyone who has any information that could help with their enquiries.
